The week started on such a high note... Unofficially down in weight, completed a 5k 25 obstacle race with no injuries, and then I did what I always do. I act like the weekend doesn't count and over indulge. I then spend the rest of the week trying to catch up. I eat the coffee cake that was brought to work. So I am unofficially 2.5 lbs up since Saturday!! Ugh! Hopefully it won't be this bad on Saturday, but seriously, I have got to start doing better with the weekends.
