I started reducing the amount of oil in my diet, I use avocado and olive oils in my kitchen. I can eat so much more actual food! Oils were cutting into my calorie budget. I replaced my cooking oils with vegetable broth. Maybe this will help someone out there! I’m writing this while comfortably wearing my “skinny jeans”
