Hey ya'll....been out of the loop again...sorries...I have decided to not write down all my food anymore...that is the only way that I can eat enough calories. I'm still counting them in my head and know what portions and foods are acceptable. The pounds are still coming off...I'm in between 200 and 201...and I don't feel so guilty. I am still trying to stay between 1200 and 1500.

Yesterday I was slightly bad....went to my favorite pizza place and had a slice of pizza and three breadsticks with cheese...this is the most "junk" food I've eaten in one sitting. My body did NOT like all the grease...I was so sick. Lesson learned... a little bit of junk is okay, but know when enough is enough.

Well I hope everyone else is doing okay...I'll try to look in on your progress this week :)
