I Traveled yesterday, just a day trip - shopped - ate - drank. Fun Family time! Getting back on track, big time. My son is in the Navy; deployed on Monday for several months to a year. I think i will be on a mission to be a healthier Mom for his return. My daughter, she is on a health kick rioght now, good for her too!So i can hopefully be a better mom to her as well. Grown kids, their own lives,love them dearly.

Ok, so no more "Diet followed poorly" notifications, k? From now on, we need to AT LEAST see "Diet followed Reasonably Well." Of course, "Diet followed 100%" is the goal! Having someone away is also a motivation for me. My best friend is in an inpatient hospital over 500 miles away, and I won't be able to see her. I, too, don't know if she will be there for weeks, or months, or years - but I know that when I DO see her, I want to knock her socks off with my transformation!
