Been enjoying my change up—not hungry just keeping at it. Upped the carbs (especially before workout) nothing crazy and MAN! I am feeling so great. Just enjoyed two pieces of pizza and 0 bloat 🤣. Didn’t think I could do this with my wt and body. So thankful for my FS fam...I couldn’t have done this without you !! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Erquiaga--yes, John Locke. Had to do a presentation to a bunch (300+) middle schoolers on career day years ago. Spoke to them about pursuing their dreams, dovetailed TJ and Locke Pursuit of property Treastise of Government blah blah blah)in for a little knowledge. Teachers loved it and the kids were like "Who TJ, Who?!?" Peas, wine, Monticello....huh?!?
