Been enjoying my change up—not hungry just keeping at it. Upped the carbs (especially before workout) nothing crazy and MAN! I am feeling so great. Just enjoyed two pieces of pizza and 0 bloat 🤣. Didn’t think I could do this with my wt and body. So thankful for my FS fam...I couldn’t have done this without you !! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Pizza is super. Clean eaters may scoff but it's my weapon of choice. Delicious, a good amount of all of the macros+sodium for a great pump. It's easy to prepare to boot.

That’s great! Carbs are good 😋 I have to give them up again (for awhile) to get back on tract but now that my body is so much healthier it actually functions properly with carbs and sugar too👍

Pizza is God's answer to the prayers of nay nay sayer of carb hateland. So everybody dancing in circles go "Nah Nah Nah hey hey good carb!" Evil people I tell you. But, yes, carbs are known to be needed for bliss and happiness. At least according to Jefferson who stole it from Locke. True story.

Yes yes yes. You did tell me so. And silly rabbit didn’t listen. It’s interesting now my relationship with food—rosio I just keep hearing your voice on my shoulder ... portion control and patience. Then I hear D and Chris with donuts and pop tarts and think hey all in moderation lol can’t eat like that ... yet! Haha. You guys are like the crazy healthy three amigos. So wise 😆

Dawnie. After we were talking about carb cycling I wanted to try it. ❤️❤️❤️ I do notice I feel good when I’m not eating an abundance of carbs. Been staying to around 75-100 a day. Seems to be perfect. And I’m still eating my veggies and fruit.
