Steps yesterday 2020
Yesterday was such a horrible humid day. I felt quite ill, dizzy, tired and having palpitations, which I haven't suffered from in ages.
This is the worst time for me to lose my energy, I have far too much to do! Still, I did a great deal of packing yesterday and Des did a lot as well. Plenty more to do, though!
The air seems fresher this morning and I slept better, so cross fingers I can just keep going today. Have to be mindful of my back and keep resting in between bursts of activity.
