The crystal shell has shattered. It's nearly 15C today, the sky an upturned blue bowl crossed by nubbled cloud. I think I can work outside today. I'm satisfied with the altered routine for the time being. I like alternating days of weight training and fast biking with an hour of kundalini every morning. I was tired last night because I woke very early at 07:15 yesterday morning. Fell asleep reading last night sometime around 21:30 and woke at 09:30, a solid 11 1/2 hours of sleep at least.
The scale dropped another pound, and the recent loss has me doubling the front of my pants over and awling new holes in my belt. I have added fresh cranberries to my breakfast routine. I am boiling them for 10 minutes, cooling them and adding 2 tsp of sugar. Low calorie and low carb, delicious and full of antioxidants.
