Still no microwave...my gosh how DID we cook without one all those years ago???!!! The insurance plan that came with the house we purchased is trying to decide whether to repair our existing microwave or give us the $$ to buy a new one.
Thought for sure I'd touch down at 210 today (meaning 25 pounds lost), but no such luck. Still less than half a pound away, so maybe by tomorrow...
Tired and hungry this AM. Probably because my calories were low yesterday, as I didn't want to go over on carbs. I probably should have added some more protein or fat, in retrospect. I also need to be careful that I'm not hungry BECAUSE I'm tired. Might try to catch a short nap this afternoon, if I can.
Also need to add some broth today. The heat and humidity over these last weeks have been really doing a number on me, as I spend a fair amount of time outside. With all the "glowing" I'm doing, I'm sure I've been depleting my sodium - which could also account for my tiredness.
I WANT A MICROWAVE!!
