As the saying goes: Mind over Matter!

1/&2 Day of trying to be more conscious of what I am putting into my mouth. This weekend passed and I sat myself down and had a reality check. Dieting is all good and well but I need to make a permanent change in my life. I would like to live a life without stressing about weight gain. I don’t want my daughter to struggle through life with my weight and food issue.

1) I learnt this week: You must not let your predisposition affect your willingness. Your mind tells your brain what to do, not the other way around! Your thoughts turns into matter!

2) Get up! And Move!

3) Water!

4) Quit the Sugar.

5) Monitor your fat intake (Banting has people drinking fat). It’s healthy but can become unhealthy!

6) Do what works for you!

7) This Journey is a Marathon and Not a Sprint!
