Slowly creeping to the 200 mark...haven't been dieting in the last few weeks or exercising...been all over the southeast. Now I'm getting back into the swing of things and gonna get rid of those 4lbs so I'm back in the 100s :) Not sure if I can lose as much as I want to by Sept (would love to be at my goal wgt - 160 - then), but perhaps I can shed another 30...I'm gonna work on it. While I was traveling around I still ate healthy, but I also would incorporate at least one meal a day that I would consider a cheat...especially this last week and I still lost a pound...hehe. Hope the rest of ya'll are on track :)
