Awwww...hey, it's only a little bit of a gain. There's plenty of help and encouragement here. We'll all help you. And remember: if you've been working out, you may see a temporary gain since muscle weighs more than fat. If it's close to your time of month, than can cause you to gain a little. And if you need to re-evaluate diet or what you're eating, you can do that, too. This is all a process, not race. :)
