Wow! A pound lost despite being and feeling in maintenance. I certainly don't feel deprived or anything. My period is almost over, so that's great too!
I have done the chocolate avocado truffles from the Diet Doctor website: not as good as the first time for some reason, but still good. They're better when they're freshly done. I always add about half a cup of sweetener (erythritol or mix of erythritol and monk fruit are good). They are a saviour to my sweet tooth and are full of healthy fats -- avocado, coconut oil, and maybe the fat in the chocolate -- I use the unsweetened Baker's chocolate bars (the blue box).
I also tried out the Keto Buttercups that just came out in Canada. Not bad, except that there is stevia in them so they don't taste as good. It's an acquired taste I guess. But the coffee aftertaste is great though!
