i can't believe it... I've cut off salt, most dairy, all potatoes, rice, flour, bread, red meat, and all processed foods. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and eggs. I've incorporated playing some badminton and walking. I give myself one day off this diet. And yet, I still can't lose in fact, I've gained a pound. Do I have to stand on my head! So disappointing...
