Yesterday afternoon I have eaten chocolate again and I have lost anyway 100 grams this morning. How can it be???? I guess I was low in calories all day and it compensated that... did not record what I ate, so, no way to find out.
The gastroenterologist told me everything is fine with my digestive system. It's only Irritable Bowel Syndrome due to stress... So, he suggested me not to restrict myself to eat only food that does not make me feel sick, from time to time. His advice were about practicing meditation and autogenous training to have some relief from IBS. I am very happy there's not any major issue with my health (apart from maybe getting diabetes in the future). So, I will allow myself more "exceptions" from the strict low sugar diet I am on, at least on weekends when seeing friends.
