Welcome back and good luck. i am aiming to be 64kg by the end of november. i hope i can reach it. i havent been losing any weight recently.  

Thanks Shoushy. I'm sure you can reach your goal and so can I. I didn't like my old account anymore since lately I wasn't really watching what I ate and I hated my diet calendar because of that LOL. Starting fresh was a good choice, I feel I got rid of the negative vibes :-) 

That's a perfect idea! You did great to lose all that weight. You can still pull it off for a bit longer. we are all here with you. start it fresh and with a new diet calendar;)
