Well, I probably stepped on & off that scale about 10 times this morning, even moved it around the bathroom, and the 245 continued to display so 'yea!'..... on the other hand, I wonder if it wasn't water weight (loss) because I did not consume my normal water content yesterday ... then again I did have three servings of prime rib so salt & fat - who knows. Maybe the SunBeam Scale will smile on me and not go back 'up' tomorrow.
Still trying to reconcile myself on the RDI calculation of 1400 vs 1800 so my current 'compromise' is I am going to allow myself UP to 1800 as calculated by FS as that agrees with other calculations but I'm not going to reset my RDI here - will leave at 1400. So I'll see alot of 100+ percentages for a while. Seeing the 'red' chart displayed as I record my food will make me mindful of not going tooo far over.
I know it doesn't make sense to some but others will look at this plan and go 'ahhh... I get it.' Just a little mind trick for a while.
