well first day TOM tdy..this morning..thought i was going batty with nerves and carbo binges last 2 days..lots of water retention ...going to wee all this morning..weight this morning 57.4..next weight in after last day TOM..no way i gained 2 kilos in 3 days..just my crazy cicle again..1 week early
