Just finished my HIIT workout for the day! Feeling great right now. Time to hit the showers! Also, I'm happy to report that my 1800 calorie goal is going amazing! My body has gotten accustomed to it very fast and I've actually been satisfied eating on average 1300 calories a day. 😊
