I usually weigh in mid-week and I was surprised to see that I had gained 2 pounds when I feel like I have been eating well and doing my exercises. I really started to get upset and then I thought I would think about why I have gained two pounds. And I came up with two reasons maybe why: 1) change in diet and 2) Up until last week I have been going from the time I got up to the time I went to bed and last week that all changed. We went into winter mode around here so there's a little more sitting around and not as much doing. So armed with that I will try to make sure that I get my workouts in and adjust my calorie count accordingly and see if that makes a difference.
