Walked 4.1 miles for the 100 Mile challenge yesterday, bringing the Week 4 total to 16.7 miles and the overall challenge total to 92.4 miles. Just 2 more days, so I only need to walk 3.8 miles each day to complete the full 100 miles.
The weather is decidedly colder and a bit blustery, but nothing compared to what the East Coast is going through right now.
I'm not sure exactly when I'll complete my walking today, although I'm thinking the major part will happen about noon and then the 1-mile extra will come at the usual time near dinner. I'm waiting for the weather to warm up, but even when "warm", this will be the 2nd day of walking in long pants (plus jacket, earband, etc.)! EDIT: Walked 4.0 miles today....Week 4 total now 20.7 miles; challenge total is up to 96.4 miles. Just 3.6 more miles tomorrow will complete the 100 miles....just in the nick of time as Week 4, and the challenge, comes to a close!
Very, very happy to be back in the 140's where I ought to be.
