Went to visit a friend tonight that has stage 4 aggressive cancer. She told us she might not be here for Christmas. Although it makes me very sad. =( It serves to remind me that I really need to take good care of myself and get the rest of this weight off to help fight against things that want to attack our bodies. Be it they come from obesity or something else I NEED to do everything in my power to keep it away.
