Oh the site changed since i last used it lol. took me a few minutes to find the weigh in :)
Well day two and so far so good. I am starting to feel the cravings for carbs and im a little more fatigued. guess my body is still adjusting to the new diet. Im making bread-less pizza for tonight! YUM :) one day at a time.
