Here we go again.... KETO start day 1, since I fell off the rails in a last month with birthdays, chocolate 🍫 and stuff. Yesterday, I spoke with 1 of my coworkers who’s been on Keto since April/May, he lost about 80 pounds and looks great. This gives me motivation- this should work- I just gotta stick to it and make it my lifelong eating habit!
