9st 9.6 lb Fat machine 23.9% (1 off at WW Thurs) Well after a good week, when the Icelandic inspiration has helped me enormously, to lose a pathetic 0.2lb is very disheartening. That's barely a wee, folks! But I'm sticking at it and hopefully it'll pay off next week. Got a scope & biopsy Wed which I'm not looking forward to so it'll be a challenge not to feel sorry for myself after and over indulge but I'm on a mission!
