Back in Charleston, SC...my friend Mex is here. Had a cheat lunch today and it was AWESOME. Salad with real moz cheese and real Italian dressing and a slice of real pepperoni pizza. Full Fat :) This is my first real cheat in a month and I've been dreaming about it for weeks. I think I might have to do it more often...I don't feel guilty...I feel normal. Like maybe it is okay to eat a small bit of something I really enjoy and know that it won't make me gain a lot weight. And I even added it to my food journal and it really wasn't that much in calories, fat, and carbs...I mean can't do every meal like that, but a couple of meals a week...sure.
However, my weight loss has slowed again...been at the same place for about 9 days now. Of course in Houston I did not exercise and was eating a lot (mostly healthy)...now that I'm back I should be able to get back to exercising.
