i pigged out last nite..i was so tired..going to 2 jobs back to back..have no time to exercise..only walking to and from jobs..its going to be this way all week until i start officialy 1st of the month..needed comfort food ..anything chocolate,jam with bread..cake..ate it all...oh well damage has been done..im on my feet all day..it will come off..
