Im seeing my stomach get a little flatter over this last week, so I decided to jump on the scale a few days early and was amazed by my results. My true weigh in day is Thursday & I will re-weigh on Thursday.
On that note, I am so looking forward to finishing this 30 Day Cardio Challenge. Looking forward to switching things up a bit more, so I can stay as motivated. Will make another attempt to increase weights. Also I think I am going to start giving my self 2 daaysrest.
