Haven't posted food or journaled in a few days. My MiL is here visiting so we are eating more than normal and I am fighting that. I also whacked my foot on our marble table and it has major bruising and I will lose the toenail so my activity has been low again. Sadness. But things will turn around and I am trying to make positive steps even if they are small.
