It's Monday, it is my 7th day of detox! Doing great! The weekend scared me, thought it would be hard -- survived and didn't cheat! My mama fixes Sunday dinner, yesterday she baked a ham! I wanted to cry and give in but I didn't -- I had cabbage and Lima beans!
