Kind of depressed today...but went to the gym anyway. Started on my legs today...something I've always neglected...but I know that to get my own body to produce growth factors, I need the heavy leg days. Not really sore from my (fairly) intense upper body workouts...which is a good sign...didn't eat all that well today, though...probably a factor of the six tacos, then two sushi rolls late last night. I relied more on replacement drinks than real food...need to keep my nitrogen levels up so that I have the protein to replace the muscle I'm breaking down. Ate 3 eggs and 3 sausage links this morning, then some NO-Xplode before hitting the gym. Meal three was a protein/carb drink after the workout, then nothing until the three bowls of turkey chili for dinner. Need to do better tomorrow. Oh, and took a RippedFuel (thermogenic accelerator) to try and burn off some of the intracellular fat. I could taste the cayenne pepper as it went down.
