I found this site by accident over four years ago and I am still amazed at what a helpful tool it is. I was looking for nutritional information of uncooked white rice and really liked the data base and decided to join. Tracking food and activity is key, and the support and friendships I have encountered has been fun.

As my life got more complicated (add caring full-time for two 90+ family members), I strayed away and my weight crept up...go figure. Huh? Anyway, the meal planning and pie chart has helped zero in on my daily macros and has been most helpful. Some of my old buddies are still here and there are more new friends to meet and encourage.
