Well done Cheron@1. Are you following any particular eating plan you follow or you just eating your daily caloric allowance? Also..how do i change my profile pic? 🙈 

Hi Cindy, no just eating healthy. And i listen to my body. If i am full, i am full. And eat only, when i am hungry. Not counting anymore. Learned yhe portion sizes by now. And lotsa water and exercises 😁
