Day 2 of Jillian's 30 day shred and boy can I feel it! But I am glad to say I am not as winded as I was 39 pounds ago. My legs are a little wobbly when I am done but I'm doing it.

COOL - are you doing the Jillian Challenge? I just saw it too late to join it - and 30 day Shred level one about kills me but I can do just about all of it now. I think if I did it everyday for two weeks I would be so sore...not sure about level 2 and 3. I cannot do some of th stuff...

I guess I missed the challenge. I've had the DVD for about 2 years now. I used it last year but I popped my knee so bad it swelled up huge so I quit but I thought I would try it again. I'm just doing level one for now IF I do okay then maybe in November I will try level 2. I think I won't do it every day, I'm pretty sore after 2 days in a row.

Oh my gosh - yes, I do Level One of 30 Day Shred only about twice a week! - the other days I do one of JM's kickboxing DVDs, or the so called "Beginner" circuit training one with all Front of the body muscles one day and and the Back of the body muscles the opposite day.It is challenging but easier to modify harder or easier depending on how I feel!
