I have been doing really bad lately. Since I don't have to walk everyday to take kids to and from school, I don't. I think it has really made a difference in how motivated I am to eat also. The more I sit around watching tv or on the computer, the more likely I am to just eat because I can. I am also more likely to pick up snacks on the way to work if I have been just lazily eating all day. It is a cycle I would like to stop. I am making a goal for myself for this next week though. I will do at least 20 minutes of exercise for the next 7 days. If I can do that, I will get myself a new pretty nail polish (I need to pamper myself somehow).
