I am on vacation for this week so I am enjoying some much needed time home and alone. I got so much done today I feel great! It was also a PT day so I got my hour long workout in early. Today we were talking goals for the end of my journey in PT which will be in a few weeks. I told him my goal was to get down on the floor and then back up, he said fair enough and we worked on it and yes I can feel it now.
