Haven't tracked foods for a while. Still hanging onto this sinus stuff in my head. Will end up going back to doc if I can do it around work. Went stupid last week and bought all kinds of GF carb foods...crackers, snacks, etc. I have started seeing and reading that the GF carbs (rice, potatoes, etc) are just as interfering as the glutens in wheat. Great. That makes sense as to why I've been 'worn down' and kinda depressed this week. Of course staying sick will wear you down too. I don't feel like putting forth effort in much right now. I just want to get better and get used to my new work schedule. I'll be back. :-)

life sure does throw some curve balls at us. hope your sinus thing clears up soon, perhaps ask the doctor if it is allergy related instead of an infection. I have faith that once you create a new routine that you will be back in full swing in no time.

try some B-12, it has helped us with energy. We ran out of it for a week and both of us got real moody and tired. We take 1000mg a day. We eat very little 'grains' and when we do it is brown rice or something of that nature. Hope all works out.

Stay well - and take care. Yeah - I cannot really eat starchy carbs of any type as it triggers me to eat more - the couple exceptions are a little sweet potato (lower glycemic index due to the fiber) and 1/3 cup bran buds for fiber.
