Well, I walked 1.7 miles today. I broke my diet a little, I had a headache most all day. Tried to fight it with medicine and it didn't work. So I drank a little Dr. Pepper (6.5 oz) and a mini hershey bar. It didn't work, finally got some excedrine migrane and it disappeared. Thanks God! I do feel better. Well, got to keep on my diet the rest of the day. Hopefully the brisk walk killed whatever calories I ate wrong. Still working on trying to get as close to 4 lbs off by Saturday as possible.
