well ..did my detox yesterday and it worked..still 56.8 kilos..changed my goal weight tdy to 56..im going to try to hit this number..never have been 56 before so its going to be a challenge..im changing my exercise routine..since its too hot (again) ..not running these days , doing my zumba dvd's and weights..lets see what happens..even if i cant get to that number im happy with what ive accomplished..have to maintain it..
