Food choices this week haven't been very good. Need to get back on track. On the up side I started running with a friend in the mornings. Its amazing how much faster you go with someone with you. The dog kept looking at me like I was on glue. He had that look like "you know I'm supposed to be dragging you not you dragging me" "its really hard to stop and pee every two feet when your going so fast" lol. But I now get lost at night when I don't need to factor in running between trying to get dinner on the table and homework done and daycare kids out the door.
But I think I'm going to try and still get in a short run at night. The kids really seem to like to run with me.
Let me tell you on a personal story my son is so funny. He's doing wrestling and at age 5 the words of I can't seems to come out of his mouth alot. So his wrestling coach told him that every time he says I can't he has to do 5 push ups. Well you started using that same rule at home. Works great cause daddy does the push ups with him. So on with my story I was telling the preschool teacher this yesterday and she is going to use that also. At school they had a Army man come in to talk to the kids and he was telling them about eating good growing food and excersize. So my son pops up and tells him all about excersize and did 15 real pushups with the army guy. My son was to excited that he got to do that he was saluting everyone all night. Just thought it was a cute story to tell.
Gotta go get kids off to the bus.
