Well my fast went well...lost 3 lbs....all water wgt probably, but it was nice to see the scale move...don't think I will fast again anytime soon...just makes me a mean person. I don't know how Gandhi did it.
This week it is back to healthy food....though I'm cutting down on my fat and carbs (even though I was eating only good fats and carbs before) so that I can lose a few more pounds before I head to Maryland next month. So lots of lean meats and veggies for the next two weeks, though I fully intend to have a cheat day soon...well a cheat meal at least. I think my eating thus far has been healthy...I don't eat sweets and gave up sodas years ago along with caffine and I'm not a fan of fried food...once again my problem is PIZZA and CHEESE...oh how I love them ...LOL.
Also tons of exercise, gotta step it up a bit...get some jogging in the AM and more in the PM. Even if I only add 15 extra mins a day...just something more. I'm serious about getting rid of the majority of this weight by Sept. Also I now have an Army ball to attend at the end of July, gotta get a dress for that occasion and I would like to be able to buy a size 12 so that I can wear it more than once :)
