The cooler months are always the hardest for me. I'm less comfortable outside when the weather is a little chilly and I use that as an excuse to stay indoors and be lazy. I've packed on the fat over the past few months. I'm tired of looking in the mirror and being disappointed in myself. Ii'm tired of being uncomfortable in every piece of clothing I own. I'm tired of thinking about the exercises I could do or the food I could be eating. I have decided to challenge myself. I will eat better foods and I will go to the gym as much as I can. All I need to do is force myself to stick with the plan and go when I least want to. Thousands of people maintain a healthy lifestyle and I can too.
