can't seem to catch a break. I ordered diet Coke for my once a week diet coke treat. After 2 large glasses, the waitress came over and said they wouldn't charge me because it was regular coke. Can drinking a lot of warwe help me?

Yeah just keep going. It will take you out of ketosis but sticking to low carb tomorriw will have it all back to normal again very likely

Imagine if they did that to a fragile diabetic - they should have paid for your entire meal! At least she admitted it!
