I'm really happy about my weight loss this week. I was on vacation so I was just hoping not to gain any. The working out is really paying off. I'm eating more vegetables than I ever have in my life. My husbands not too happy about the extra gas they cause, but hey, think how happy he'll be about my new body!
I tried the sea salt endamame recipe for a snack and I'm now addicted. They are full of flavor and I grab them whenever I want to nibble. Who would've thought I'd reach for a vegtable as a snack? Not me.. the chip queen. I've been eating lots of pickles also. I know I need to stay away from the sodium but I am really craving them. It's definitely not what it sounds like... so I don't know what that's all about.
I also tried the chicken quesadilla's last week and they were easy and tasty as well.
