Been a long time since I last posted. Plan to come back and track regularly now. Last year and a half has been a long rocky road building my business. I finally left my office design job a year and a half ago and now work for myself making close to double what I did before.
I am still at a high weight due to work very long hours and handling influx of clients. I did lose about 10 lbs over the summer and now hover at my current weight. Next week I am taking a week off form working and plan to catch up on rest, paint, practice piano and while I do all that I plan to work on a new eating plan and workout plan.
If all goes well I will restart my workout schedule next week and eating well around the thanksgiving holiday.
