Oh just getting the normal amount at work... Just was using a 64oz growler. Easier to get my gallon plus quota...

Well done - I used to get a full gallon daily...but spent too much time in the bathroom! Now doing 96 - 112 ounces a day....plus tea...duh, so I guess maybe I sometimes get a gallon! LOL

Last night I drank a gallon, drank 2 coffees, a vitamin water, and 24 Oz of bcaa and a protein shake to break my fast. Sooo I was prob over 2 gallons total. I gained almost a lb today obviously.. I didn't eat the greatest either.
