The scale moved again in the right direction. Maybe because I ate less yesterday or Maybe because Sunday seems to be my best day for weighing in. But today I will continue with the no MCT oil and see how it works for me.
Tried a couple recipes yesterday. One was the peanut butter cookies that Rheta posted. Family approved them. The second was some savory bread that is to be used to make stuffing for Thanksgiving. I only made the bread to get a feel for the texture and flavor. It was very good and I think will be useful for stuffing. Any egg taste there would normally be is hidden by the herbs.
The Bread from Gingers YouTube channel didn’t turn out as well as I’d hoped. I put it in my bread machine instead of completely following her directions. So I was only able to try a small heel of it and threw the rest away. But it was a very rustic wheat tasting bread. Probably because of all the wheat gluten it called for. Bu I will make it again the right way so it can be tested properly.
