Ok people...I really do eat what seems like more than enough food and I'm still not at 1000 calories. I'm gonna have to add some caloric foods into my diet...perhaps more nuts (haven't had those in a bit). Any other suggestions are welcome...Oh yeah I want to eat healthy though (so no pizza or ribs..I know my caloric intake would increase with those foods, but I need to lose weight not gain it...lol)

Wow, you are eating great. I may have to take that a few of those meals. Maybe adding a piece of fruit with breakfast or adding a small box of raisins with the almonds. I do that ALL the time and its yummy....that might help kick you over 1000. :-) You are pretty awesome too Miss Lady.

Maybe you should try some regular cheese instead of fat free! That would raise your calories by a bit. Just make sure to pay attention to the portions. Don't be afraid to have the "real" versions of some foods. Sometimes they are better for you and they definitely taste better :)
