I have a HUGE deadline due two weeks from today. So here's my pact to myself: 1)I will not overeat because of stress, I will exercise instead. 2) I will not drown myself in Dr. Pepper to keep going I will drink lemon water instead. I can do this I know I can.
This will be a huge test for me. I think I can I think I can...wait, I know I can, I know I can!
