I’ve lost just over 5lbs in two weeks despite eating ice cream and several glasses of wine! I’ve stuck pretty much to my calorie allowance some days up and others down. I’ve been going to a slimming world class but not following their rules of unlimited free foods....I want to stop going but think my friends will be unhappy but I’m paying for something I’m not following and just to get weighed which I can do at home.....
